I was born and raised in San Francisco. After a four-year sojourn in Boston for college, I fled back to the warm and weird embrace of my home city, where I've lived ever since.
In 2013, I co-founded Welkin Health in order to empower health organizations to deliver patient-centered care.
In 2020, when Covid hit, I left Welkin to be the full-time caretaker for my then-2-month-old son. I spent a couple of years reflecting, recharging, and taking care of my family.
In 2022, I returned to work as a software engineering researcher at Metalingual, using lang.cc to work on both a novel programming language and custom reimplementations of AMD GPU drivers.
